Directions:At our Auction Facility located at 2698 County Rte 47, Walton. From Rte 206 (6 miles west of Walton, 3 miles east of Trout Creek), take County Rte 47 2.5 miles to auction

Note: This is the first Auction of the year; there will be a large selection of building materials that have built up over the winter.  There will be a many items in the Auction that are not listed in the advertising because they are still buried in the warehouse.
