This Auction is a mirror of our October 24th Auction only slightly smaller and hopefully much more dry. We will still run 2 auctioneers simultaneously early on.

Directions:At our Auction Facility located at 2698 County Rte 47, Walton. From Rte 206 (6 miles west of Walton, 3 miles east of Trout Creek), take County Rte 47 2.5 miles to auction.

Selling 3 trailer loads of dimensional and engineered lumber plus a partial load of oak hardwood flooring plus the remaining trailer loads from 3 STOCK locations. This will be an all day auction. Bring a friend or a spouse so you can be in 2 places at once early on.
Dimensional Lumber, Construction & Sheet Goods:A quantity of dimensional lumber (mostly Douglas Fir) ranging from 2x4 to 2x12 asst. lengths; pressure treated decking; LVL’s (some over 40’) glu-lam beams of assorted lengths; a varied assortment of TGI floor joists; T&G knotty pine; particle board; oak & pine moldings (casing, crown, base, chair rail, colonial, clamshell, etc.); SmartSide siding & trimboard ; roof vents; and more.
Flooring: ¾” oak hardwood flooring, small qty. of laminate; bluestone tile..
Kitchen & Bath: Several sets of Augusta White Aristokraft kitchen cabinets plus a large selection of extra cabinets, cabinet moldings, and accessories; large qty of oak Aristokraft wall cabinets; all types, and sizes of Aristokraft and Sunco bathroom vanities and bathroom drawer cabinets, utility, and pantry cabinets; medicine cabinets; vanity tops; SS kitchen sinks; faucets; shower heads; a large assortment of Sterling and Maxx tub and shower doors; Kohler toilets; toilet seats; lavatorys; towel bars & other bath accessories; hood; all kinds of drains & plumbing hardware; etc.
