Lambrecht Auction, Inc. has been a family-owned Auction company since 1958. Operating primarily from a 48,000 sq. ft warehouse on 23 acres of land in Bainbridge, NY, Lambrecht Auction, Inc. specializes in Auctions of building materials including kitchen cabinets, flooring, and lumber. The company currently employees 16-18 full-time staff and additional part-time and temporary employees as needed. Currently, Lambrecht Auction, Inc. is holding 38-40 building materials Auctions a year in states including New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

Our company’s mission is to sell high-quality home building materials at great savings to our customers in a friendly, convenient, and fun environment. We strive to be an Auction industry leader in the areas of innovation, customer service, commitment, and reputation.

Operations Manager

Our growing business is seeking a hard-working leader to help oversee the daily tasks of our Building Material Auction Business.  This role would lead a team through all the necessary duties needed to produce successful Auction results.  Our environment is often busy and high paced.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and keeping operations flowing in a productive direction.

Lambrecht Auction operates in a unique niche performing Building Material Auctions.  We see great room for growth in our business and we strongly desire to put together a team of more positive individuals who get excited about growth and tackling the challenges that go with the accomplishments. This individual will manage our warehouse and office staff, as well as resolve customer issues. They will be responsible for managing day to day operations and meeting deadlines.

Part-Time Yard Position

We are always seeking someone who is available for part-time yard labor on demand.

Entails: Physical handling of wholesale building materials, setting up & working real estate and building material auctions, occasional travel, assembling new kitchen cabinets, occasional nights & weekends

Skills: Ability to handle physical aspects, tolerance to outdoor conditions, writing & organization, basic computer skills
